Hollywood Burbank Jet Center Joins Paragon Network®, Marking New Chapter in the Lee Family Aviation Legacy in Southern California

Cypress, TX – July 14, 2026 - Paragon Aviation Group is pleased to announce that Hollywood Burbank Jet Center, located at Hollywood Burbank Airport (KBUR / BUR), has joined the Paragon Network®, expanding the network’s premium FBO coverage in one of the most active business aviation markets in the United States. 

The addition strengthens Paragon’s presence in Southern California, a region recognized for its high-volume business aviation activity, entertainment industry travel, corporate flight operations, and strategic access to the greater Los Angeles area. 

Hollywood Burbank Jet Center is led by the Lee family, whose aviation story began in 1984 when Harold Lee entered the FBO industry in Van Nuys. Over the next four decades, the family built a lasting presence in California aviation through ownership and operation of several FBOs across the state, including locations in Palm Springs, Santa Maria, Oxnard, and Burbank. 

In 2003, the family established its Burbank operation, formerly known as Million Air Burbank. In 2025, the Lee family chose to carry the business forward under its own independent identity as Hollywood Burbank Jet Center. The decision marked a defining next step for the family: honoring the legacy Harold Lee began while giving the Burbank operation a name and direction fully its own. 

Today, Hollywood Burbank Jet Center represents the next chapter of that legacy. Led by Harold Lee’s daughter, Priscilla Howden, General Manager, the FBO continues to focus on personalized service, operational consistency, and long-term customer relationships shaped by more than 40 years of family involvement in aviation.

The FBO has also implemented enhanced security measures, including a controlled access gate system designed to improve safety and customer confidence while on site. 

Hollywood Burbank Jet Center has also been among the regional leaders advancing sustainability in business aviation. The FBO was one of the early FBOs in the area to offer Sustainable Aviation Fuel, commonly known as SAF, giving customers access to a lower carbon fuel option while supporting broader industry efforts to reduce aviation’s environmental impact. The operation also maintains its commitment as a carbon-neutral FBO, reflecting a forward-thinking approach to environmental responsibility within the business aviation sector.
