The Paragon Awards celebrate outstanding FBOs, Strategic Partners, and aviation professionals whose dedication, leadership, and commitment to excellence strengthen the Paragon Network. These awards recognize the people and organizations setting the standard for exceptional service, innovation, and operational excellence across business aviation.

This award recognizes a Paragon Network FBO that demonstrates outstanding service, operational excellence, and a commitment to the highest standards in business aviation. In addition to this prestigious recognition, the winning FBO will receive a 20% discount on monthly membership dues for one location in 2027.

This award recognizes an outstanding individual from a Paragon Member FBO who demonstrates exceptional dedication to customer service and consistently goes above and beyond to enhance the guest experience.

This award recognizes a Paragon Strategic Partner whose collaboration, dedication, and contributions have played a meaningful role in strengthening our network and supporting its continued growth.

When casting your vote, please consider which member has demonstrated the most active engagement as an FBO (excluding yourself).

Here are some factors to keep in mind:

Are they responsive to your requests?
Have they referred business to you?
How well have they handled customers you've directed their way?
Have they provided valuable insights on managing their FBO?

Please remember, do not vote for yourself.

To qualify as the FBO of the Year, the FBO must have been a member as of January 1st, 2025. All team members at a Paragon Network FBO are eligible to vote, but each employee may cast only one vote.
