Paragon Network Members Rank High in the 2019 AIN FBO Survey
Paragon Network FBO members continue to receive impressive ratings in the annual AIN FBO survey.
Every year, Paragon Network FBOs rank high in the AIN FBO Survey based on evaluations of their facilities, passenger amenities, pilot amenities, customer service representatives and line service. Henriksen Jet Center (KEDC) and Business Jet Center (KDAL) were recognized in the top 5% of FBOs in America. Fargo Jet Center (KFAR) was recognized in the top 10%, and Ross Aviation (KLGB) and National Jets (KFLL) ranked in the top 20%. ExecuJet Zurich (LSZH), ExecuJet Sydney (YSSY), ExecuJet Dubai (OMDB) and ExecuJet Brussels (EBBR) were rated as Top FBOs in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
Many of the Paragon Network members were also recognized among the best FBOs regionally including National Jets (KFLL), Fontainebleau Aviation (KOPF), Ross Aviation (KLGB), Modern Aviation (KBFI), Henriksen Jet Center (KEDC), Business Jet Center (KDAL), Odyssey Aviation (MYNN), TLC Aviation/ExecuJet St. Maarten (TNCM), Fargo Jet Center (KFAR), Premier Jet Center (KFCM), ExecuJet Zurich (LSZH), ExecuJet Dubai (OMDB) and ExecuJet Sydney (YSSY). For the top rated FBOs in each category, National Jets (KFLL) tied for 5th overall in line service and Henriksen Jet Center (KEDC) ranked 1st for passenger amenities and 4th for facilities.
AIN also asked survey respondents to identify specific employees who routinely go above and beyond. Dawndi Ulmer, CSS at Fargo Jet Center (KFAR), Stacy Fecho, CSS at Premier Jet Center (KFCM), Will Zimdars, Director of FBO Services at Silverhawk Aviation (KLNK) and Zelda Evans, Sales & Customer Support Executive Director at Odyssey Aviation Bahamas (MYEF/MYNN), were all recognized in this category.
