Coming off the heels of winning several awards in the AIN FBO Survey of the Americas, Paragon Network® FBOs continued to earn top honors in the AIN FBO Survey: EMEAA (Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia-Pacific) as well as in the Professional Pilot PRASE (Preferences Regarding Aviation Services and Equipment) Survey.

The AIN FBO Survey asked readers to evaluate FBOs in the categories of Line Service, Passenger Amenities, Pilot Amenities, Facilities, and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs). ExecuJet Australia (YSSY) was selected as one of the top three best FBOs in all of EMEAA holding their ranking from 2022.  Not surprisingly, ExecuJet Australia (YSSY) also took second place in Line Service and was a favorite in the areas of Facilities and CSRs as well.

Rounding out the list of top-rated FBOs included ExecuJet Middle East (OMDB), ExecuJet Brussels (EBBR), Sky Valet Cannes (LFMD), and Sky Valet Madrid Barajas (LEMD).

AIN also asked survey respondents to identify specific FBO employees who consistently go above and beyond. Alex Hermoso – Sky Valet (LEPA), Matthew Guy – ExecuJet Australia (YSSY), Mike Theotis – ExecuJet Middle East (OMDW), and Thierry Polet – Sky Valet (LFMD) all received accolades for their outstanding performance in their profession.

In the 50th annual Pro Pilot PRASE Survey, Business Jet Center (KDAL) moved up two spots from 2022 to claim the number 10 spot for Best US FBOs. In the Best Independent FBO category, both Business Jet Center (KDAL) and Fontainebleau Aviation (KOPF) remained in the top 10 from last year, placing 5th and 9th respectively. Paragon’s founding member FBO, Odyssey Aviation Bahamas (MYNN) grabbed top honors as the Best International FBO/Handler in the Caribbean.

“We are very honored that survey respondents have continued to rank our FBOs and international handling agents as some of the best when you consider that there are thousands of FBOs worldwide,” stated Megan Barnes, President of Paragon Aviation Group. “I am very proud of our network of world-class FBOs and team members united in uncompromising safety standards, unparallel service, and an unwavering commitment to excellence who provide customers with an unforgettable experience.”
