Paragon Aviation Group® holds the fourth Leadership Meeting at Fontainebleau Aviation.
In April 2017, Fontainebleau Aviation in Opa-locka (KOPF) was the host location for this meeting in their brand new, state-of-the-art facility. These meetings are coordinated by Paragon corporate specifically for senior management and owners from Paragon member FBOs. They include a comprehensive on-site evaluation with constructive feedback, shared best practices, guest speakers, a team-building activity, and other networking opportunities.
The teambuilding event was a creative “pay it forward” event designed to create good-will in the host city while encouraging strategic thinking among the teams. Using a range of skills, groups had to work against the clock to complete as many random acts of kindness as possible. The feel good factor made this a unique and memorable teambuilding experience for all involved.
“The foundation of this awesome network is based on the relationships they’ve built,” stated Megan Barnes, EVP of Paragon Aviation Group®. “We work diligently to create opportunities for our members to strengthen these relationships and increase business through marketing, shared best practices, and events like these. The tools we have created for our members allow them to effectively and efficiently communicate service requests and other information with one another to ensure a first-class experience every time.”
The Paragon Network™ is a distinguished membership of independent FBO’s that provide an elite experience to general aviation travelers world-wide.
