The Paragon Network™’s First 20’s Group Meeting Proves to Be a Huge Success

West Chicago, IL – September 1, 2015 – The Paragon Network™ held their first 20’s group style meeting at DuPage Flight Center in West Chicago, IL from August 27th – 29th.
The Paragon Network™ had 16 managers and owners in attendance from 12 Paragon member locations. The meeting turned out to be the perfect balance of education, sharing best practices, and relationship building. The group began their trip with an introduction into DuPage Flight Center and a tour of their impressive facility led by Mark Doles, Director of Aviation Facilities and Properties. After spending an hour in the pertinent areas of the FBOs operation, Mark was provided with a comprehensive evaluation of three key departments. “The candidness was great. The feedback that I received was invaluable and opened my eyes to so many opportunities. I would encourage every member to be a part of this,” said Doles.
Tom Hendricks, President of NATA, spoke to the members about the state of aviation in Washington, DC and some things we can expect in the near future. Attendees also participated in an exciting team-building activity in downtown Chicago. “The meeting was very well done on all accounts. All members should make this a priority in the future,” said Bill Holowesko of Odyssey Aviation Bahamas. Reggie Nichols, who was nominated by the attendees as MVP, said the meeting was very educational, adding, “Every member should be a part of this. I’m looking forward to the next one.”
