Paragon Network™ Members Rank High in the 2018 AIN FBO Survey
Houston, TX – April 4th, 2018 – Paragon Network™ FBO members soar in the 2018 AIN FBO Survey.
FBO Members of The Paragon Network™ rank every year in the industry surveys based on their high levels of safety and service, top-notch facilities, and their ability to execute a superior experience during each visit. Members placed in over 20 ranking categories in the 2018 AIN FBO Survey. Business Jet Center (KDAL), Fargo Jet Center (KFAR), Henriksen Jet Center (KEDC), and XJet (KAPA) were recognized in the top 5% of FBOs in America. Ross Aviation (KLGB) ranked in the top 10%, and Fontainebleau Aviation (KOPF) and Premier Jet Center (KFCM) ranked in the top 20%. Henriksen Jet Center (KEDC) was also listed as one of the “Most Improved FBOs” with an 8% improvement over last year.
Many of our members were also recognized among the best FBOs regionally, including National Jets (KFLL), Fontainebleau Aviation (KOPF), XJet (KAPA), Henriksen Jet Center (KEDC), Business Jet Center (KDAL), DuPage Flight Center (KDPA), Odyssey Aviation (MYNN), ExecuJet St. Maarten (TNCM), Fargo Jet Center (KFAR), Premier Jet Center (KFCM), ExecuJet Zurich (LSZH), ExecuJet Dubai International (OMDB), and ExecuJet Brussels (EBBR). AIN also asked survey respondents to identify specific employees who routinely go above and beyond. Brian Bourbeau, Line Manager at Premier Jet Center (KFCM) and Charly McLane, Customer Service Manager at Henriksen Jet Center (KTME) were highlighted in the top 25 recognized employees.
