Paragon Network FBOs Continue to Receive Top Rankings in AIN FBO Survey
Paragon Network FBOs once again achieved superior rankings in the annual AIN FBO Survey areas of Line Service, Passenger Amenities, Pilot Amenities, Facilities, and CSRs. For 2022, AIN FBO Survey respondents gave Paragon FBOs top marks in several categories including four members ranking in the top 5% of FBOs in the Americas - Henriksen Jet Center (KEDC & KTME), Business Jet Center (KDAL), and Fargo Jet Center (KFAR). Ross Aviation at Stuart Jet Center (KSUA) ranked in the top 10% while National Jets (KFLL) was recognized in the top 20%.
Numerous Paragon FBOs were recognized among the best in their region including: Business Jet Center (KDAL), Clay Lacy Aviation (KVNY), DuPage Flight Center (KDPA), ExecuJet (TNCM), Fargo Jet Center (KFAR), Fontainebleau Aviation (KOPF), Henriksen Jet Center (KEDC & KTME), Modern Aviation (KBFI), National Jets (KFLL), Odyssey Aviation (MYNN), Premier Jet Center (KFCM), Ross Aviation (KBED, KLGB, KLNK, KSDL, KSRQ, KSUA, KTRM, & PANC).
AIN also asked survey respondents to identify specific FBO employees who consistently go above and beyond. Aholibah Joaquin – Clay Lacy Aviation (KVNY), Caden Rodning – Premier Jet Center (KFCM), Cat Wren – Business Jet Center (KDAL), Reed Brickey – Henriksen Jet Center (KEDC), Savanah Dowling – Clay Lacy Aviation (KSNA), Symone Carey – Fontainebleau Aviation (KOPF), Valerie Boes – Ross Aviation (KLGB), and Ysabella Tetley – Henriksen Jet Center (KTME) all received accolades for their outstanding performance in their profession.
