Paragon Network FBO Members Receive Accolades in 2021 PRASE Survey
Paragon Network FBO Members continued their superior achievements as several received recognition in the 48th annual Professional Pilot PRASE (Preferences Regarding Aviation Services and Equipment) 2021 Survey.
For the Best US FBOs category, Ross Aviation (KSDL) ranked #14, Fontainebleau Aviation (KOPF) #20, and Business Jet Center (KDAL) #21. These rankings were based on over 10,000 evaluations in six categories — Line Team, Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), Facility, Amenities, Promptness & Efficiency, and Value for Price.
Fontainebleau Aviation (KOPF) and Business Jet Center (KDAL) also won spots in the top 10 Best Independent FBOs while Ross Aviation and Modern Aviation were both selected in the top 8 Best Small FBO Chains (3-10 FBOs).
Pro Pilot PRASE Survey also recognized the best international FBOs/Handlers around the globe. Odyssey Aviation Bahamas maintained their dominance with winning the Best International FBO in the Caribbean for their FBO located in Exuma (MYEF) while Odyssey’s FBO in Nassau (MYNN) placed #3.
